Helen is a Contemporary Landscape painter living at Holkham on the edge of the North Norfolk coast. She works from her home studio, taking full advantage of the spectacular landscapes which surround and inspire her paintings.

She studied at Falmouth School of Art receiving a BA Honours in Fine Art specialising in Mixed Media including bronze casting, forging and stone carving. At the end of her studies Helen trained and worked as an art teacher which is when she first began exploring painting as a medium.

Seizing the chance to start a new and exciting phase of their life Helen, and her husband James, took a leap of faith and transformed their lives. This unexpected journey brought them to the North Norfolk coast where they settled and established their business Holkham Forge.

After nearly two decades Helen has been inexorably drawn back to her painting and moved away from her role in the forge.
